First of all sorry for writing in English, but my Polish unfortunately sux.

We need 3 prepaid SIM cards to call each other for 1 month(no other mobile, landlines or foreign numbers).

Does anybody know what the best deal would be?

Found a website that is claiming that EZOmobile is offering intern minute prices for 0,29 zł.

Has anybody heard of them and knows where to get those SIMs?

The best for you IMHO will be the prepaid SIM form Orange operator. Choose the Orange POP plan. Then you can choose max 3 numbers (it cost 6 PLN for 30 days) and you can comunicate with these numbers for 0.03 PLN a minute. Total cost for 1 month should be around:

5 PLN SIM
10 PLN for additional credits (need to activate the cheaper rate plan with 3 numbers)
=15 PLN for 1 SIM
